ROMEO A. REYES

Chairman

Romeo is a communications and digital services veteran with three decades of experience across wireless, broadband and media. His career has included analyzing and advising technology, media and telecommunications companies, as well as their investors, and helping distribute more than $25 billion of institutional loans and bonds. He earned his A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College.

MARK GILMOR

Chief Technology Officer

Mark is a technology and digital transformation leader focused on leadership, digital and security transformation. He is Managing Principal at Cyberify, where he helps organizations modernize technology, strengthen security and navigate complex digital change. At ReyLy, Mark leads the technology strategy behind the platform's savings tools, user experience and secure digital infrastructure. Mark earned a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and completed executive education through MIT Professional Education.

ALAN ZALL

Chief Administrative Officer

Alan is a technology executive who helps companies scale people, product and operations. His background spans software development, engineering leadership, product execution and organizational growth. At ReyLy, Alan helps lead administrative execution, operating discipline and the processes needed to scale the company while keeping the platform focused on its core mission: helping households save money. Alan earned an MS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont and a BS in Computer Science from UMass Boston.
